Creating a District Account
District and school administrator accounts allow you to purchase resources on behalf of your entire building or district. This is ideal for curriculum coordinators, instructional coaches, and administrators who want to provide consistent resources across classrooms.
Sign up with your school email
Create a standard SchoolHouseStock account using your .edu or district email address. This helps us verify your institutional affiliation.
Request district account status
Contact us at [email protected] with your school or district name, your role, and how many teachers you'd like to provide access to. We'll upgrade your account within one business day.
Start purchasing for your team
Once upgraded, you can purchase school-wide and district-wide licenses, request quotes for large orders, and manage teacher access from your dashboard.
Bulk Licensing
When you purchase a resource with a School or District license, every teacher in your building (or district) gets access. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of licenses:

Institutional Quotes
Need to get approval from your school board or purchasing department? We provide formal quotes that include itemized pricing, volume discounts, and purchase order compatibility. Email [email protected] with a list of resources you're interested in, and we'll generate a formal quote within 48 hours.
We accept purchase orders (POs), credit cards, and ACH transfers for institutional purchases. We know the education procurement process can be complex, and we're happy to work with your purchasing team to make it as smooth as possible.
Teacher Access
Once you've purchased resources with a school or district license, your teachers can access them through their individual SchoolHouseStock accounts. Here's how:
- Teachers sign up with their school email address
- The district admin assigns them to the school or district group
- Licensed resources automatically appear in their "My Purchases" library
- Teachers can download and use the resources just like any personal purchase
